Inconsequential URL differences=[edit]

I noticed the category was being added to Kimbo Slice so I checked the URLs. In the article the line is:

{{Official Website|http://www.kimbo305.com/}}

while on Wikidata the entry is

http://www.kimbo305.com

so it appears that the trailing / is triggering this category but this slash is inconsequential. (I think technically it is not incorrect to have the slash and even more correct as a missing trailing slash is silently added by web browsers. Details may vary here.) For Felicia Gallant, a fictional character, TV role filled by Linda Dano:
{{official Website|lindadano.com/ |Linda Dano}} (official)
http://lindadano.com
LindaDano.com does serve "https". First I added 's' at Wikidata. Second I tried to remove "https://" at Wikidata but the strong string 'lindadano.com' is not accepted. Third I added "https://" here.
Fourth I added "/" here. Only now the fc-biography Felicia Gallant disappears from this category.
{{official Website|https://lindadano.com/ |Linda Dano}} (official)
https://lindadano.com/
[Publish thus.]
Fifth I removed "https://" here, and previewed ("Show preview"). Once again the preview
concludes, "Hidden categories: Official website different in Wikidata and Wikipedia". Evidently, both the prefix "https://" and the trailing slash "/" need match. --P64 (talk) 15:25, 21 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
