Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	The file will illustrate the logo adopted by the Preparatory Committee of the POLISARIO Front for the 16th Congress.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Even if someone could recreate the logo with a better quality and a vector format, I think that the simple shapes of the logo still qualify as a creative work.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The logo will only be used in the article of the 16th Congress (and potentially on an article that gathers all the Congresses of the POLISARIO Front) to illustrate the Congress.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The logo is an institutional one used by the POLISARIO Front for non-commercial purposes, but for branding of this Congress, with it being used in signs during the Congress. There are no inherent commercial intentions with this logo.
