Summary

Description
English: Mihrab of the Taybarsiyya Madrasa at al-Azhar (section located on the right side of the Gate of the Barbers and the Gate of Qaytbay). The madrasa was built in 1309-10 by a Mamluk emir, originally a complimentary mosque located outside al-Azhar Mosque but adjacent to it.
