The Spoils cards are designated by various types and colors.

I, Whackazog, assert that the use of this image in the article The Spoils on Wikipedia falls under fair use because:

1. The images of several cards are used to illustrate the game, to inform, and to comment on them.
2. The reproduction of the images here in no way infringes on the ability of the copyright holder (Tenacious Games), nor the retailers who deal directly with consumers, to sell the physical cards pictured and profit from the game.
3. The images are scanned at a lower resolution than the real-life pictures of the cards.
4. The images of the cards pictured here are widely distributed and are visible in many places on the Internet, and the copyright holder has historically tolerated this online reproduction of unaltered images of such cards. Whackazog 12:56, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
