Description
English: The standard of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (hereinafter the standard) is a blue square flag measuring 90 x 90 centimetres with the image of the emblem of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the centre. The canvas is bordered around the perimeter with silver trim in the form of an ornament of laurel and oak leaves. The free sides of the standard are decorated with golden fringes. The field of the reverse side of the standard is without images. The flagpole of the standard is wooden and black in colour. The tip of the shaft is arrow-shaped and made of yellow metal, with the emblem of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine placed in the centre. The upper edge of the flag is attached to the top tube with a cord.
Українська: Штандарт Міністра внутрішніх справ України (далі - штандарт) являє собою синє квадратне полотнище розміром 90 х 90 см із зображенням у центрі емблеми Міністерства внутрішніх справ України. Полотнище по периметру облямовано срібною лиштвою у вигляді орнаменту з лаврового і дубового листя. Вільні сторони штандарта прикрашено золотою бахромою. Поле зворотної сторони штандарта без зображень. Древко штандарта дерев'яне, чорного кольору. Верхівка древка стріловидна з жовтого металу, в центрі якої вміщено емблему Міністерства внутрішніх справ України. Верхній край полотнища за допомогою шнура кріпиться до трубки верхівки.
