fair use rationale text: This image, Tokyo Boys.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (ranam) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because it depicts visually, and for want of freely available images, the factuallity of the existence of the youth wing of the INA. Also, the image does not come from a commercial source and, given the archival character of the work, age and the historical context, it is not a cause of loss of revenue. It is suspected that the Image may have expired copyright status due to age.
