Ishibu Higher Secondary School (Nepali: ईसिवू उचच माधयमिक विधालय) is a public high school in Ishibu, Terhathum, Koshi Province. Nepal. It was first established in 1960 as a primary school. Since then, it has greatly expanded, adding a high school and later higher secondary school to their campus. Since it is situated on the lap of the Himalayas, it has a panoramic environment of nature where the atmosphere is favorable for students. In the past, education was provided through an antiquated system where there was nothing needed for studies, and the administration of the schools was fairly strict. As a result, pupils were compelled to study diligently by memorization. There was very little practical education because the teaching technique was lecture-based. But now education systems have been changing along to adjust with modern times. It now has a new remodeled library and is equipped with sufficient halls for seating of students. The current principal is Mr. Ram Prasad Timsina, who succeeded Mr. Mahesh Niraula. Other schools in Nepal have similar names to this one, but are distinguishable through their different locations.[1]

- Mr. Chandra Lawati (lecturer for Opt English subject)

Management Committee[edit]
School Management committee has a total responsibility of monitoring, controlling, and resolving the problems appeared into the school. Mr. Mahendra Kumar Phombo is the Chairman of School Management Committee and has been working effectively for the past few decades.[3]
Faculties[edit]
It could have brought just an education stream up to now and it's in process of bringing many other facilities like Management, Science, Humanity, and it is offering education by focussing the main subject to Health and Nepali.
