The Qalqilya Governorate or Qalqiliya Governorate (Arabic: محافظة قلقيلية, romanizedMuḥāfaẓat Qalqīlya) is an administrative area of Palestine in the northwestern West Bank.[2] Its capital or muhfaza (seat) is the city of Qalqilya that borders the Green Line.[3]
