No Israeli plates allowed?[edit]

This article suggests there are portions of the road where yellow Israeli plates are not allowed, but I thought that they were permitted to drive through the entire West Bank (including PA areas), especially because many Palestinians drive cars with Israeli plates? In the article, read: Access, bypass roads as well as Note 3. Much more detail on the subject can be found in West Bank Areas in the Oslo II Accord. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Atefrat (talkcontribs)
Yes, but this is an Israeli ruling applying to Israelis only. Many more people drive cars with Israeli plates, including Palestinians and tourists. RAGentry (talk) (contributions) 19:26, 22 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
