If a redirect is used, it causes two problems - the first is identifying obscure designations, and the second is that when the template is used on that type's page, the entry for that type will fail to bold, which means the reader cannot identify which entry belongs to that page. Also, the Japanese word used for the M does not include seaplane - only that it is built for a special purpose (which in practice meant, as with the M6A, for a raid, or for the MX series, for a specific research topic or single purpose, ie kamikaze attack). - NiD.29 (talk) 07:48, 16 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
