Chinese section bullied in?[edit]

I am not a heavy wikimedia editor, but I believe this template has been edited by someone from the Chinese Ministry of Propaganda. There is absolutely no academic basis for calling the Chinese system a separation of powers. This is a false equivalency between a genuine separation of powers and the internal divisions that the communist party, of it's own volition, creates in its own power structure.
