French nobility categories[edit]

This page was uncategorised (except for an incorrect stub) so I added it to a couple of french nobility categories. Do not know enough to know which is correct (maybe both or neither!) so please edit if you know better. Many thanks Sassf (talk) 14:26, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ermengarde, Countess of MaineEremburga of Maine – She is normally called Eremburga of Maine in the biographies of English kings (e.g. in C. Warren Hollister's Henry I and Graham E Seel's King John). Ermengarde is a very different name and I do not know how it came to be associated with her. Surtsicna (talk) 19:47, 29 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
