I would like to ask who added the section concerning Kenn Feigelman. Apparently this individual has been referenced from a dead company site and a blog. (Anybody can write a blog).

What bothers me more is what this section has anything to do with the Titanic/Controversy section.. starting with "In 1988, Deep/Quest 2 Expeditions, founded by Kenn Feigelman, "..

According to this http://www.kingstoneastnews.ca/2011/02/right-in-our-own-back-yard-lake/ , Kenn's credentials have been in dispute, and someone should investigate if "Deep/Quest 2 Expeditions" business activities as reported really did took place..

According to a commentary on that news site..

" Dr. Dianne Groll said:

As Mr Feigleman is well aware, he requires a permit from Parks Canada to do any underwater filming, or documentation of any wrecks. Preserve Our Wrecks Kingston currently holds the only licence to do work on these sites, and Parks Canada has sent him a letter to cease and desist, which he has ignored.

The other three wrecks are also extremely well know to divers and are not warships. They are thought to be barges and are likely built way after 1812. It will be unfortunate if Mr Feigleman continues his illegal activity, but given his need to publicize his actions, I am sure he will enjoy a great deal of attention from both Provincial and Federal authorities.

Anyone wishing real scientific and historical information on the wonderful underwater heritage enjoyed in Kingston and the surrounding area is more than welcome to contact Parks Canada, Preserve our Wrecks, Kingston, or Save Ontario Shipwrecks.

Sincerely, Dr. Dianne Groll Kingston, Ontario

"

I found this out after searching his name online and was sort of surprised to see this.. If what Dr.Dianne Groll says is true, then Feigelman has been reporting on false information (His video interviews mention him saying that he's found/discovered warships).. can Feigelman be trusted, and why doesnt his company site no longer exists? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jmsbrke (talkcontribs) 02:51, 16 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

In response to these concerns, I am deleting the passages in question from the article (and combining the Titanic and Edmund Fitzgerald sections). The deleted material and the references which Jmsbrke (justifiably) considers insufficiently reliable can still be seen by consulting the page history. Gildir (talk) 13:51, 16 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
