"Influence on Music" section needs correction[edit]

It is incorrect that "During Remigius’s lifetime, music in the domain of the Church was monophonic, which would not change until the 12th and 13th centuries.", as currently stated in the Wikipedia article. The musica enchiriadis and scholica enchiriadis treatises, which date from the late 800s, contain the first direct evidence of organum, the earliest form of polyphony, and all of the examples use chants from the church liturgy. It is also evident that organum was at first an improvised art, and highly likely that it was used in practice long before ever being written down, possibly for centuries before the Carolingian era.
