Surname law is not solely used in Turkey[edit]

Too basic[edit]

I was expecting something like Alphabetical Catalog of Surnames, with explanations on the criteria for the surnames. Who chose the surnames? How? Which ones are the most frequent surnames? --Error (talk) 00:33, 13 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
