La Paz traffic zebras[edit]

In this string of edits, at La Paz, you removed the link to La Paz traffic zebras, the actual article, and expanded the section in La Paz. Now, visitors to the La Paz article cannot get to the zebra article, and there are essentially two articles on the same thing. I am curious why you did all that.
